Women on a mission. 💪✨

Today we built a wall, Dawn trained for her marathon, we hauled in 78 boxes of flooring (yes, SEVENTY-EIGHT 😅), and somewhere in between we had a dance party and celebrated how far we’ve come.

Building more than walls around here. 🤎

A little sweat, a lot of laughs, and three women reminding each other… we’ve got this.🤍

A personal update from me and Vytality 🤍

After a lot of prayer, thought, and difficult conversations, I have made the decision to temporarily close Vytality in its current location so I can take time to focus on my health.

Many of you may not know this, but I have dealt with heart issues since high school, and it has reached a point where I need to step back, be seen at Mayo, and explore functional health options to make sure my heart and overall health are under control.

This decision has not been easy. Vytality has been such a huge part of my life for the last 7 years, and the relationships I have built with so many of you mean more to me than I can put into words.

During this transition, Bailey and Kristy will continue serving clients and helping maintain the heart of Vytality as we move into a smaller location. We will be maintaining our current charting system and will stay in contact with everyone throughout the process.

I will personally be reaching out to clients scheduled past June to update you and help make a plan to get you in, rescheduled, or connected with the right provider.

As of now, this transition is expected toward the end of June, possibly into July.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust, love, loyalty, prayers, and support. My hope is that this is only temporary, and that once I have my health figured out, I will be able to come back in some way.

For now, I need to listen to my body, care for my health, and put my family first.
