My name is Katie, I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Now and Zen Massage Spa, my mission is to provide high-quality massage in Maple Grove to help my clients achieve optimal health and wellness. I aim to create a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment that allows you to escape the stressors of everyday life while finding inner peace. I also have over 24 years of extensive experience with many types of Injury Rehab, Chronic Pain and Sports Enhancement. My specialties include deep tissue work, chronic headaches, laryngeal dislocation, vertigo, and chronic neck / back pain - including inoperable disc herniations. I also work with pre / post-op hip, knee and shoulder replacements and revisions as well as car accidents.
