Jordan has known she wanted to be a nurse since she was a young girl because she’s a compassionate person with a desire to help others. She studied nursing at Anoka-Ramey Community College and St. Catherine University and has worked as an RN since 2015. Her passion for the aesthetic industry started several years ago when she had services done by an Aesthetician and fell in love with the knowledge and passion the industry provided. Jordan made the decision to transition her career into being an Aesthetic Nurse, so she can focus on building and applying her knowledge and skills on anatomy, functionality, wellness, prevention and natural beauty.
Pamela Kendall

Pamela Kendall first started her career as a Cosmetologist. A few years later, she decided to follow her dreams and begin her journey in the medical field by becoming a Registered Nurse. She developed a love and knowledge for patient care while working as an RN, so she became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2007; she then took it even further and finished her Doctorate of Nursing in 2017. Pam fell in love with aesthetics along the way and has been actively working in this industry since 2002.
Bailey Winter

Bailey Graduated from the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 2009 and has since made her career a passion for making others feel good about their skin by offering in-depth treatments for the ongoing health and wellness of their complexion. Her initial education encompassed all facets of skin care for all types of skin using the most fundamental of ingredients. She has acquired extensive training, advanced knowledge, and hands-on experience with The International Dermal Institute.
Bailey's services menu includes a full array of facials for all skin types incorporating electrical modalities, relaxation massage, full body waxing, and eyebrow/eyelash tinting. She is motivated by continued education on progressive treatments and products to provide you with current knowledge to help ensure you and your skin are always healthy and beautiful.
Stephanie Pugh
RN, Aesthetic Nurse
Stephanie is a registered nurse with 20 years of experience in cardiology and transplant at the University of Minnesota. She is a certified injection specialist with her focus on neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau) and PRP injections.
Prior to her nursing career, Stephanie was a licensed cosmetologist and returns to her passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty and uplift their self-confidence by enhancing their appearance. Stephanie believes in enhancing each patient’s anatomy to provide exceptional, natural results with individualized treatments.
Stephanie enjoys helping people feel and look their best and prides herself on establishing long lasting and trusting relationships with all her clients. She enjoys the cutting edge technologies of aesthetics, anti-aging and wellness.
As an Integrative Health Nurse, Stephanie is committed to helping individuals create a path towards wellness through a collaborative, holistic approach. Her practice combines multiple healing modalities—including functional medicine, health coaching, and personalized care—to identify the root causes of imbalance and guide the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
She works closely with each client to create tailored wellness plans that focus on
essential pillars of health: nutrition, movement, and lifestyle. This can also optimize sleep, energy, mood, and cognition. Together, we build sustainable strategies that restore balance, support long-term vitality, and enhance overall well-being.

Guided by the Osmosis Beauty philosophy and skin mapping, Kristy uncovers the energetic root causes of skin concerns, aiming to achieve long-term skin health by restoring balance from within.
